Rick and Kim Zander are a dynamic husband-and-wife real estate team based in Lexington, KY. With decades of local residency, they bring extensive knowledge of the area and a genuine passion for helping others. Married for over 34 years after meeting in the Air Force, they are proud parents of two accomplished adult children and loving grandparents to two granddaughters and a grandson, all of whom live locally and share their love for the Lexington community.

Kim Zander
Kim began her real estate career in 2013 after a successful career as a high school math teacher. A top producer for many years and a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club, Kim brings her teaching skills into her real estate work. She excels in educating first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the process of making their first real estate purchase with clarity and confidence.
Rick Zander
Rick has called Lexington home since 1976. Growing up in
a real estate family, Rick developed a natural affinity for the industry. After
earning his real estate license in 2019, he brought decades of executive-level
experience in sales, marketing, and finance to the team. As a former CFO and
Certified Public Accountant, Rick is highly skilled in negotiations, having
handled large commercial real estate deals and significant annual vendor
contracts. His strategic insight and leadership abilities make him an invaluable
asset to the team.
