It was a pleasure to have Kim as our Realtor! Once my husband and I decided to begin looking for a new home, Kim met with us and gathered ideas of what we wanted. From that evening, she began sending us listings that met some parameters; however, she was always upfront and noted potential discrepancies we may have had.
